Use 3 upper body bodyweight exercises alternating with 3 lower body bodyweight exercises. Rest 1 minute and repeat 3-5 times for a total workout of 20 minutes. Bodyweight exercises are great for all desk jockeys, because they improve mobility and reduce upper body tension. Free-body workouts give you fat loss quickly, without any equipment.
